Meet Tori Ballard

Mental Health Counselor

Tori started her career in mental health at Evergreen while working to finish her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certification in Marriage and Family Therapy at Richmont University. She provides counseling and therapy to adults and kids as young as age 14 who are seeking guidance through life’s transitions, helping them learn how to be introspective while guiding them through their feelings. Tori’s extensive social work at a crisis pregnancy center plus a local domestic violence and sexual assault center sets her apart from other young mental health professionals, equipping her with an in-depth understanding of how to help people struggling with related issues.

Additionally, Tori sees clients who are facing major life transitions, experiencing depression or intense anxiety, struggling with stress management or self-esteem, and those who suffer from eating disorders and ADHD.

She utilizes a holistic approach, focusing on the connection between physical, mental, and spiritual health when approaching wellness. Her ultimate goal is providing a safe space for her clients to explore their feelings with curiosity and acceptance and empower others to feel more authentic throughout their journey with therapy. “I believe we find healing through relationships, which includes your relationship with yourself, relationships with others, and relationships with the world that surrounds you,” says Tori.
